This week I spent about $70 on this weeks meal plan. I went to local Asian markets for the produce and got the rest at a Ralphs.
Shockingly enough it wasn’t that hard planning. After truly understand how to portion out my calories for three meals and three snacks, it became easy. Don’t get me wrong I still have a lot of questions about certain things. Such as how to store your meals in the freezer, how to get the most bang for your buck…etc.
I learned that Reddit is your best friend when it comes to about everything. When I was learning about weight lifting and gaining, the community on Reddit was so welcoming. I feel like that is the one place where there is no such thing as a dumb question. People online are so willing to share information and even share workout plans they buy. Another source of inspiration for me is Instagram. I follow various Fitness Gurus on Instagram that share meal preps and workouts.
I’ll be making a post dedicate to the specific gurus that inspire me soon.
