At work I like talking to my group of friends about every thing.
I have some friends in Maintenance that work out and know a lot about fitness. So I always go to them about work out advice or even eating plans. Yesterday I was complaining to one of my friends about how much I hate drinking protein shakes. I told him that I hate the chalkiness of the powder and that it never taste like what it says.
He mentioned that I should add some things to my shake instead of the typical milk and ice. So he went on to tell me about one of his daughters favorite protein shakes he makes her.
All you need to add in one banana and some peanut butter. This morning I decided to give it a try and I was pretty happy with the results.
I first put in a little bit of warm water at the bottom to warm up the peanut butter (since its thick). Then I threw in the milk, whey protein mix, and added five ice cubes (you don’t want it watery).
Close it with the lid and blend. Bam! You got yourself a delicious protein shake.
