Staying Grounded

Have you ever had a stressful day that caused you to feel off balanced.

Well for this week there has been a lot of changes in my life and I have been feeling off centered. Whenever I start to feel this way I separate some time for myself.

One of the things I do to get myself grounded is burn some sage, clear the negative energy from my home and do some yoga.

I find some of the most mood changing yoga positions through Pinterest. Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite yoga positions from Mind Body Green. I personally love them because it caters to different levels of yoga.

My Insta Crush

So recently I have been following new people on Instagram. One person in particular has turned into my inspiration.

Her name is Hilaria Baldwin, you may know her as Alec Baldwin’s wife. What you probably don’t know about her is that she is a yoga instructor and is recently going to publish her own cookbook.

Her outlook on life, fitness and being a mom is pretty amazing. I think what baffles me is how early she gets up to do her daily run or her extreme yoga challenges. You should definitely check out her insta feed and see what she is up to.  I promise you will leave inspired.
